proof of purchase/contribution.
We will give refunds if:
You are charged a different amount than what is described, we will
refund the difference.
You were charged more than once for the same billing event, we will
refund the incorrect charge.
You are incorrectly charged for a program you did not sign up for or
have previously canceled. Note: cancelations must be made in writing
or to a representative over the phone prior to the refund request and
the charge must have been incurred after your account was canceled.
We do not take responsibility for any bank charges incurred to your
account of any kind, unless due to negelgent activity on our part.
